Driving Directions - Highland Lodge and Ski Touring Center - Bed and breakfast lodging in Greensboro, Vermont.

bout thirty-five miles northeast of Montpelier, the capital of Vermont, lies lovely Lake Caspian. At its south end is the charming village of Greensboro. Highland Lodge is at the north end of the lake on the road from Greensboro to East Craftsbury. Leaving the village of Greensboro, bear left and keep left for 1.9 miles. Highland Lodge is on your right.

From the South:
Take Interstate 91 to St. Johnsbury. Exit on Vt 15 and US 2 West, go 9.5 miles to West Danville. Continue northwest on Vt 15 for 10.7 miles to Vt 16. Turn right (north) onto Vt 16, go 1.7 miles to East Hardwick. There, turn left (west) and go downhill to cross the Lamoille River and turn right (north) again and continue 2.7 miles to the 4 corners intersection. Here, turn right and go .9 miles to Greensboro village and Willey's Store. At Willey's Store bear left and stay left 1.9 miles to Highland Lodge.

From the North:
Take Quebec 55 south to the Canada-U.S. border at Rock Island-Derby Line. Continue south on Interstate 91, 22 miles to Barton. Exit onto Route 16 south, 14 miles to Greensboro Bend. There, turn right (west) and go 3 miles to Greensboro. At the "t" intersection turn left and then right at Willey's Store. Stay left on this road for 1.9 miles to Highland Lodge.

From the West:
Take Interstate 89 to Montpelier. Exit onto US 2 north, 5 miles to East Montpelier. Continue north on Vt 14, 19 miles to Hardwick. At the blinking light, go straight on Vt 15, take the first left, then first right (Church Street) and follow this street (which becomes a country road locally called "Center Road") seven miles to Greensboro. At Willey's Store bear left and stay left 1.9 miles to Highland Lodge.
