Room 21

This south-facing upstairs room  is our largest. Two bedrooms in the original farmhouse were combined to create an airy, bright room with views on three sides. Furniture includes a dressing table, two rocking chairs, a mahogany bureau, dresser, and writing desk.  Large windows with orientation to the south, west and east offer lovely views of gardens, lawns, distant hills, and Caspian Lake. Beds include Queen-size and single bed; there is ample space for a cot. The spacious bathroom has a tub with shower.

Room 23

This large upstairs room is furnished with a maple armoire and bureau crafted by our innkeeper's great-grandfather in Holland. The room has west and north-facing views, with a superb view of Caspian Lake and sunsets. The room has a  queen-size and single bed, and two rocking chairs. The large bathroom has tub with shower.

Room 24

This room is one of two accessed by our middle stairway, and is often used by families who want two rooms side-by-side. The smaller of the two, this is often "the parents' room."  Furnsihed with queen bed, rocker and bureau, this room has room for a crib. The bathroom has tub with shower. The two west-facing windows in this room have a lovely vantage of Caspian Lake and sunsets.

Room 25

One of two upstairs rooms accessed by our middle stairway, this bright room is often used by families who want two rooms side-by side. The larger of the two, room 25 has queen and twin bed, bureau, two rockers, and bath with tub and shower, Two west-facing windows have beautiful vantages of Caspian Lake and sunsets. One east-facing window offers cross ventilation and a view of the gardens.

Room 26

This upstairs room has a queen and twin bed, bureau and dresser, and rocking chair. Two west-facing windows have lovely lake and sunset views. The bathroom has tub with shower. The room is adjacent to a guest room that is often combined to comprise a family unit.

Room 27

This cozy upstairs room has queen-size bed, bureau, chair and rocker, and bath with tub and shower. The two windows have lovely views of Caspian Lake. This room may be combined with the one next door to accommodate a family of 5.

Room 28

This bright upstairs room has queen-size and single bed, rocking chair and easy chair, bureau, and bath with tub and shower. The room has two large west-facing windows and one south-facing window.

Room 29

This spacious upstairs room has a queen-size and single bed, two rocking chairs, bureau, and dresser. Two large west-facing windows have lovely views of Caspian Lake, The room  also has two large north-facing windows.This room can accommodate a family of 4 or 5 with the addition of a cot. The bathroom has tub with shower.

Room 12

Our most recently renovated room, this bright 2-room suite overlooks the
gardens and porch and can accommodate a small family The two rooms have
queen bed and double Hide-a--bed. The bathroom is a fusion of old and new
with a marble sink and original farmhouse cabinetry, and  a modern walk-in
shower. A ground-floor room that opens directly onto the inn's library and
parlor, it is accessible to wheel chairs and is ideal for someone using  a
walker.
