Rates subject to change without notice. To confirm your reservation, we request a deposit of 50% of your stay. To make a deposit, click the "Submit Deposit" button on the right side of this page.  See below for children's rates and our cancellation policy.

OUR TRAIL USAGE POLICY - WE WELCOME THE PUBLIC!:

• We are offering Ski-by-Donation in 2009/10 Season.  Please stop at the skishop or front desk for sign in, and get your ticket.
• No dogs on the trails
• No snowmobiles on the trails

SKI/SNOWSHOE RENTAL FEES (+6% tax):

• Equipment for Adult: $12.00 first day, $9.00 2nd day
• Equipment for Child 8-12: $9.00 first day, 6.00 2nd day
• Equipment for Child 1-7 $4.00 each day
• Child snowshoes $6.00
• Turpulk, baby sled $25.00/day $10.00/hr

LESSONS PER HOUR:

• Group (3 min.) $15.00 Per Person
• Family Group (3 min.) $15.00 First Person, $9.00 additional person.
• Single or Couple $30.00

Children's Lodging Rates:

We welcome kids and families - we have special rates for children up to 20 years old!

NOTE: Our Online Reservation system does not recognize children's rates. Please specify the number of children and their ages in the "Questions?" blank during the on-line reservation process. We will adjust the rate accordingly.

Cancellation Policy 2009-2010:

If you need to cancel or change your reservation, please contact us by phone (802) 533-2647 8:00 AM-10:00 PM EST, or e-mail us This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it . You will not be able to change or cancel your reservation with the on-line reservation system.

To confirm your reservation, we request a deposit of 50% of your stay. Once you have paid your deposit by credit card or check, we will mail you a written confirmation. We accept Visa, MastarCard and Discover.

Your deposit is refundable, less a $50 service charge if you cancel by your notification date. Your notification date is set according to the following schedule:

If you make a reservation within the notification date period, your notification date will be the day half-way between the date you made the reservation and your arrival date.

Shortened Stays For reservation changes made after your Notification Date that reduce the number of room nights originally reserved, we retain your deposit to cover those days.

Cancellations* For reservation cancellations made before or on your Notification Date, we charge a 50.00 fee per unit to return your deposit. For reservation cancellations occurring after your notification date, we retain your deposit.

Trip Insurance Because unforeseen circumstances (illnesses, etc.) are the major reason family vacation plans change we strongly recommend trip cancellation insurance.
