Discover a Unique Vermont B&B Experience

Mid-century Style Rooms & Cabins on 136 Lake-side Acres

An historic B&B overlooking Caspian Lake, Highland Lodge features 136 acres to explore, amidst a culture-rich, unspoiled area of Vermont. With our friendly charm and gracious hospitality, we remind guests to take it easy, and enjoy life's simple pleasures.

Many guests visit us to enjoy the outdoors: kayaks and sunbathing on our beach, our tennis court, pristine Nordic ski trails, hiking and biking galore. Others come to enjoy our impressive community of artists and musicians, and many of the top artisan food and beverage makers in the world. Of course, many come visit us simply to relax, unplug and slow down, taking in the sunrise over Barr Hill - or the sunset over the lake and mountains - from our wrap-around, Queen Anne porch.

Whatever your reason for coming to Vermont's Northeast Kingdom, we look forward to making your stay unforgettable.
