Greensboro, VT
"People do not merely like Greensboro; they love it... Obviously this place has something, and some of what it has is easy to determine: clean air, beauty, quiet, rest from the noise and pollution of industrial America, the satisfaction of a yearning for the relaxed simplicities of small-town life... it is steeped in history, local history, the home-grown, the best kind.
Greensboro's special qualities would not be so special if the integrity of local character and customs had not met and fused with an equal integrity in its Summer visitors".
