We’re lucky to partner with Jasper Hill Farm to host their annual Cheese Camp each year, using the lodge as a launch pad for their educational seminars and tastings — it’s always a fun, nerdy, delicious few days around here.

Beyond that, we keep things close to home, sourcing from hardworking mom-and-pop farms like Breadseed Farm for vibrant organic produce and Snug Valley Farm for beautifully raised pork and beef, along with other small producers who make this corner of Vermont taste the way it should.



In the summer, the fun extends outdoors to our lively beer garden. On Margarita Mondays (from Memorial Day to Labor Day), we host the popular Caja Madera Taco Truck, serving up delicious bites alongside refreshing margaritas from 5–9 PM — an easy excuse to gather, linger, and make a night of it.
